You are immediately eligible to participate in the plan if you are:

• Employed by employers for whom the AMO Union is the collective bargaining representative and for whom the employers, pursuant to agreement with the AMO Union, have agreed to participate in the AMO 401(k) Plan.
• An employee of an employer whose participation has been approved by the Trustees and who has in effect a participation agreement.
