The 401(k) Plan is a profit-sharing plan that allows you to defer a portion of your wages and vacation pay and have that amount contributed by your employer and the AMO Vacation Plan into an account for you.
You are an eligible employee, if your employer has a collective bargaining agreement, or a participation agreement with the Plan that has been approved by the Trustees.
You can enroll by visiting the Plans office or with a paper application. There is currently no option to apply online. Click below for instructions.
Once you are enrolled into the 401(k) Plan, you can monitor your account online, print statements, and more.
To request a distribution or withdrawal from your account, change your beneficiary, or obtain other Plan forms, download them here or contact the Plan office to have them sent to you.
