The DC Plan is a defined contribution plan which is solely funded by employer contributions. The funds are placed into an account for you to manage.
You are an eligible employee, if your employer has a collective bargaining agreement, or a participation agreement with the Plan that has been approved by the Trustees.

An online calculator is available that allows you to project the potential earnings for your account based on the schedule and other criteria.
The Plan schedules list all contribution rates based on the combination of your age and service, which is referred to as “points”. You can calculate your points and determine your rate, using the guides below.
To request a distribution or withdrawal from your account, change your beneficiary, or obtain other Plan forms, download them here or contact the Plan office to have them sent to you.
