American Benefit Corporation (ABC) serves as the third-party administrator (TPA) for the AMO Medical Plan and acts as the primary Claims Administrator pursuant to a joint administrative arrangement with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS). In its administrative capacity, ABC is responsible for processing and administering all in-network claims through BCBS, in addition to all out-of-network claims, direct reimbursement requests, and Medicare crossover claims. ABC has serviced the Plan since 2016 and ensures the accurate and efficient processing of these plan benefits.
